I had the privilege of receiving physical therapy at Community Care, and the experience far exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism led by Heidi and by the entire staff. The clinic itself is welcoming, clean, having you feel like your home that immediately put me at ease. Both physical therapists, Heidi and Crissi, were not only highly skilled but also attentive and compassionate in their practice. They took the time to thoroughly assess my condition(s), explained the treatment plans in detail, and answered all my questions with patience and astuteness. What stood out most was the personalized care; they tailored every session to meet my specific needs and goals, ensuring that I progressed at a comfortable yet challenging pace.
