It's absolutely terrible they just throw you in a room and leave you there. Sometimes the receptionists can be rude

We’ve been going here for a few years for primary care. Our entire family sees Brandy Phares and we absolutely love her. She is very thorough and knowledgeable and doesn’t just try to push a prescription on you. Everyone else in the office is also very helpful and friendly. They are good about getting you in quickly if something comes up and you need to see a provider sooner.

I liked them so much I switched my primary care to Community Care. They are conveniently located to my residence. All of the nurses, staff and pharmacy workers have been nice and polite. Love it!

I only feel compelled to write this because I'm sitting here in the place watching all the employees be rude and snotty to everybody. It's a mental health place, you would think the staff would have access to mental health, but they seem to hate it here. They are chatting behind the glass but once that window opens, they turn cold and short with the clients. Good for business I guess. Nobody is gonna go through the check-in process and feel loved that's for sure. Send your staff some chocolates or something, people are struggling and these are the gate-keepers for mental health?
