I am extremely disappointed by the way my children and I were treated at this location. While waiting for my father to have his PICC line cleaned, I briefly walked outside with my kids to look at the fountain in the parking structure area. We were not inside the business, not causing any disturbance, and not bothering anyone. A staff member approached us in an unnecessarily rude and confrontational manner, repeatedly insisting it was “private property” even after I calmly explained that we were simply walking outside. The tone and persistence were completely uncalled for. There was no reason to escalate the situation or speak to a mother and her children in that way. The facility is dirty, and when asked to help clean the room of a cancer patient there was nothing but attitude. I think this place needs a lot of help.
