Community Alliance Medical Group-Redlands office

Community Alliance Medical Group used to be the absolute best medical group around until they started taking welfare/IEHP people. Unfortunately, the state gives subsidies for people with "free" insurance which hurts the rest of us productive, working people because now it's ridiculously hard to get an appointment or help. Sadly, the "free" insurance people have ample time to go to the doctor so they take most of the appointments. Our doctor is fabulous and deserves 5 stars, but the medical group really needs to stop taking the welfare people and give working, productive people the healthcare they deserve.

I am writing to formally express my deep concern and disappointment regarding my recent experiences with your office. On multiple occasions, I have attempted to contact the clinic by phone while experiencing significant pain. My calls have gone unanswered, and there has been no follow-up or return communication. As a patient seeking medical assistance, especially while in pain, it is extremely distressing to feel ignored and unable to reach anyone for help. What concerns me even more is that when I went to the office in person to raise this issue, no one took the time to speak with me or address my concerns. I was left feeling dismissed and uncared for. At a time when patients are vulnerable and in need of compassion and responsiveness, this level of disregard is unacceptable. Healthcar

I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience with Dr. Khehra during a recent visit. I only scheduled with him because he was the earliest available appointment since my primary doctor was fully booked for the month of March. During the appointment, I explained that I am currently taking a GLP medication and using peptides as part of a health plan to address issues I experienced last year. Instead of having a respectful or informative conversation about it, Dr. Khehra made extremely dismissive comments. I have only been able to secure an appointment once by calling on the phone. The care I received was sufficient for my concern which was wrist pain. The healow app they use does not have a working feature to make an appointment online. I have been trying to schedule another appointment for the past few months. I have left messages each time since nobody has picked up. I received a callback only one time, which I unfortunately missed and he just told me to call back the same number that nobody answers. Making healthcare so inaccessible because nobody can pick up the phone is a huge red flag and I will be seeking care elsewhere. This is an issue that can be easily fixed yet nobody is fixing it.

I was in for a follow up. Our receptionist was on a break. So I checked in with Dr. Kings staff receptionist Melody She checked me in and ask if I needed anything else. I said yes I was having trouble checking in to to patient portal. She said I will help you. And proceeded to sign me up. Exceptional customer service. On my Dr. Office side Nurse Carmen is always kind and professional. Always caring. She is known for going beyond the call of duty in the office. Patient care is priority with community alliance medical group.
