Commonwealth Place

I had a very positive experience at commonwealth. The staff was excellent and very compassionate. My first few days at commonwealth rehab I was very sick. I really was not well the staff and the nurses took good care of me and they all went above and beyond the call of duty to give me the care I needed. Once I felt better I began to attend there education groups, which were very helpful and I did learn a lot. I would recommend this rehab to anyone struggling with addiction and wants to be free from this horrible disease. If you go to commenwealth I believe you will learn a lot and they will prepare you for a life you will enjoy again. Give commonwealth a chance to reform your life.

"Nurse" refused to help, spoke rudely, then hung up on me. In an effort to help a loved one, I asked her a general question, and she responded with a diatribe about who she was and how HIPAA laws prevent her from discussing... well anything helpful, apparently. I'm not sure who's privacy was at risk of being violated when no names or specifics were ever mentioned, nor asked. Thanks for nothing!

The nurses are absolutely useless. I had a cold and they called an ambulance for me. Do they call ambulances when their kids have colds???? As if NyQuil and rest doesn’t exist

Best place ever I did 35 days in rehab and received the best service available they’re awesome and wount judge you Im now 3 yrs clean and sober thanks to common wealth and staff!

I would rate Commonwealth Place with something much less than 1 star if possible. My daughter went to Commonwealth Place. She was there long enough for her insurance to run out. She was staying in Syracuse with someone who had also been a patient at Commonwealth Place. She overdosed about a week after her release. Her “friends” let her go 30-45 min. without breathing. She arrived at the hospital without a police report. The life support machine was keeping her alive. She was brain dead. Jan. 21, 2016 my 27 year old daughter died. Commonwealth place Rehab does NOT care about their patients. Commonwealth Place Is the equivalent of Kenneth Chatman.
