The staff is super nice. Amanda is at the front desk and is always cracking jokes and makes it enjoyable to be in the waiting room. She is very personable. Dr. Schroder is very professional. I have been going there for a year now and my treatment plan has always been explained in detail to me every visit. I even have injections and nerve blocks and she does an excellent job on these. Treatments are different for each individual and she takes the time to understand what I have going on and knows exactly what to do. Megan is super nice and very knowledgeable as well. If you are in pain I highly recommend this office.

The staff member that did my initial intake once in the room was very helpful with helping me understand the process. She was truly a wonderful person on the inside and seemingly enjoys what she does. The Dr. was very very kind and actually made me feel like I was being listened to. This has been a very long and painful journey and having someone actually listen and show genuine concern was very much overdue for me during this process. She clearly has a passion for helping others. A true asset to this profession. Joseph Gamble

Very prompt, thorough exam, good teaching and explanations. One prescription was not faxed to pharmacy (or was faxed separately) and we didnt know how to get our questions answered-we were only able to leave a message. I'm new to the office and procedures. I guess it's a learning curve.

I would never recommend Dr. Shackelford (spelling??) I went to my first appointment today and it was a horrible experience and left me crying. I wasn't there ten minutes and this doctor states "well this conversation is not going so well and I'm sticking to my recommendation. " Her recommendation was injections which I refuse to do. She tells me she will not prescribe me pain meds because I'm on Xanax. I was a drug and alcohol counselor before becoming disabled and had many patients on both pain meds and benzos. I understand there are dangers if they are abused etc. but this doctor wanted to treat my neck and back with injections which is targeted pain whereas; I have all over body pain. I have lung cancer, MAC disease, myositosis, rheumatoid arthritis, among many other dxs. This do
