Worst health care I've ever experienced in my 26 yrs of nursing. Former employee, saw first hand lack of care, compassion, cleanliness is horrible! They won't hire cleaning staff, its left for other staff to do. Pay rate lowest on scale. Treat employees with disrespect and lack of humanity. Would not, and I stress, would not take a pet there let alone a human being!

Would not send my worst enemy here. Have no respect for patients. Said I was called but when I checked there was no record. Overall bad service. Went once to Sugarloaf office to discuss medical history when life-long family doctor retired, 1 appointment too many before looking for competent professionals. If you want poor, incompetent rude service this is the place. I have never met the doctor but his assistant Roz never reviewed records and choose not to contact other doctors and professionals concerning my medical conditions. Would rate lower less than 0 but I can't. .

Bob always takes the time to listen to us. He is the primary provider for myself, my husband, and our 4 kids. No complaints here!
