CommonSpirit Urgent Care Circle

I was having potential flu symptoms and knew I should be examined. I'm a CommonSpirit patient and using their Urgent Care was an excellent choice. The staff at the front desk were polite, asked why I wanted to be seen and got me checked in quickly. The time from checking in to being examined was minimal. The MA, (Jessica)?, was great; checking my vitals, reviewing my meds and asking about my SX. Liza the NP took the time to ask about my SX, examined me and diagnosed what I have. She explained what I can do to recover. Liza did all this with empathy and kindness. I'm glad I went to this Urgent Care and would recommend anyone that needs care please consider this office. Liza and the staff there are great and I felt better and more at ease knowing what I have and Liza is great. Thank you.

The staff decided to close an hour early resulting in us having to get a new referral. The receptionist was discourteous and unprofessional going so far as to scold a patient in the waiting room for showing compassion and opening the door for me and my son, who was in obvious discomfort. The staff could not have cared less and only seemed focused on getting a head-start on their weekend plans. I highly recommend going somewhere else to get care.

First off, this isn't an Urgent Care, where I went..it was NEXT to it..I came here to see an endocrinologist. The man at the front desk was really kind, in a genuine way.. not fake, so I appreciated that. However, the MA, whose name I don't know because she didn't offer it, was not friendly, I felt that immediately..and said my weight out loud when I was on the scale. I hate getting weighed as it is, her saying my weight out loud is bullshit & unprofessional.. thats sensitive information that should be kept private. The wait once we were in the room was a bit long, but my doctor..Rebecca, was very kind, intelligent and helpful. The staff was very kind, attentive and knowledgeable. There was very little wait time and I was able to get my 2 kids seen, strep tested, X-rayed, bandaged and out the door in less than 2 hours. It was phenomenal.

I didn’t get a definitive diagnosis. They treated me with what they thought might help which left me leaving with more questions. To top it off, they sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy. I wrote down the correct pharmacy on my paperwork I filled out. When I was calling them to figure all of this out, a man named Steve said, “well this is why we always make sure when you leave it’s being sent to the right one.” No one who spoke to me talked to me about the pharmacy it was being sent to. I thought they would send it to the pharmacy I wrote down on my paperwork. They sent it to a pharmacy that is closed. When they re sent it to the correct pharmacy, my insurance wouldn’t cover it because they had already billed it for the first one sent to the wrong pharmacy. Trying to get this squared
