Upon entering the clinic, the young lady at the front desk was quite friendly and very Helpful.. Being taken back to the exam room Quick the professional accumulating all my information was very pleasant, friendly and most of all the MD Cindy Lockett.I could see she had lots of Compassion and understanding though their time is limited was very thorough and I truly appreciated it. and not to forget the young man who brought me my paperwork. Thank all of you and have a wonderful day.

I went to Urgent Care at Lake Plaza this morning to get medical attention for my chest infection. I was the first one there and was greeted warmly by the female receptionist. I then checked in with the male staff member who was courteous, professional and respectful. I then was escorted to the exam room by the medical assistant who was kind, attentive, polite and respectful. She told me her name and the name of the HCP that was going to see me but unfortunately I don’t remember her name! I saw the NP, she was an excellent provider and prescribed all the necessary medications and care that I needed. I highly recommend this clinic. This was my third visit in 3 years.

I arrived shortly after opening and was greeted immediately. The intake process for my very first visit went smoothly. All of the staff were respectful and caring. I got helped very quickly and would definitely come back to this facility for urgent care.

Thank you to the doctor and staff It was a great experience all the way from checking in to getting discharge paperwork. Very fast and efficient and generally got the vibe that they do truly care.

My recent visit with Dr. Stacy Brown was one of the most disheartening medical experiences I’ve ever had. From the very start, instead of feeling heard, I felt interrogated. She implied, on three separate occasions, that I wasn’t being truthful about my prior medical visits. That alone made it incredibly difficult to feel safe or understood in that room. Rather than offering reassurance, she quickly listed off four other places I could've gone to instead, while adding “I mean, we can still check it out if you want,” in a tone that made it sound like my concerns were an inconvenience. I even expressed to her directly that she was making me feel anxious and uncomfortable. Her reaction spoke volumes. There was no effort to comfort, no attempt to reassure, and honestly, it felt like she was
