Commissary Pharmacy

The Commissary Pharmacy is a "Refill" branch of the actual pharmacy. When I call the refill phone number and enter the prescription number(s) I need refilled, I can go by the Commissary Pharmacy and pick them up the next time I'm in the area. When I have used it as a "Refill" pharmacy, I've been well pleased. It's seldom ever taken me over a few minutes to be in and out of there, but when I have attempted to use it as the main pharmacy, I have generally wound up at the main pharmacy unhappy about it, but it's not designed to be the main pharmacy, only a "refill" pharmacy.

We understand that the pharmacy is a busy place, but when a Service Member or anyone really is calling to ensure that their prescription has been filled, so they're not wasting their time at the hospital... please don't speak to them as if they're responsible for the volume of business you're experiencing at that moment. Take a breath, relax, and switch to decaf after lunch.

I have been to many duty stations and RACH has got to be the worst pharmacy I've ever had to deal with. Their techs seriously need people interaction skills. Or better training. A lot of them are terribly rude no matter how nice I am to them.

It was a decent idea to assist in picking up medication. However, when you still have to go to RACH for a new prescription then it becomes useless. Very little to no privacy when called up to the counter, looks like a prison cell.

Went by here for the first time ever today. ALLEN was really rude...that's putting it lightly! If he were a civilian, he would be fired for such behavior! I hope this is not the way he normally treats other patients/customers.
