Comfort Dental West Broad - Columbus

I am extremely upset with my experience here. I went in for fillings and my teeth have not been the same since. I’ve been in pain for weeks. When I went back, they “adjusted my bite” and swore they got all the cavities. I later went to another dentist for a root canal and was told there is still decay in other teeth that this office said they already fixed. That is completely unacceptable. I never had this kind of pain before coming here. Now I’m dealing with sensitivity and constant discomfort. I feel misled and very disappointed. I would not recommend this office.

My visit on January 28, 2026 was more than abundantly amazing. The new Dr on site was very knowledgeable and friendly and the assistant who assisted The doctor was very open and communicative and make me feel like I’ve known her forever. I love the West Broad Street location. I feel right at home and they are always speedy and friendly whenever I have an appointment and they are great with accommodations.

They have extremely friendly staff. I went in on a care day to get one of my wisdom teeth removed because I was having a lot of pain and I was in and out within 45 minutes. I went back a couple weeks later for a scheduled appointment to get my other wisdom tooth out and they were still all so friendly and quick. Best dentist I’ve ever been to

This has been the best experience. This was a referral from a family member. And I was actually a terrified. I’ve been going to the same dentist for 16 years and my doctor up and moved and I actually felt like a lost puppy for about a year and a half. I’m so glad that I just went with it and tried it. I definitely found a new dentist home.

Probably the best experience i’ve had at a dentist office. I let them know i was pretty nervous and the doctor was very kind and understanding, he let me know everything he was going to do before hand and checked on me periodically to make sure i was doing okay. Smoothest and quickest visit ive ever had, was in and out in less than half an hour.
