Comfort Dental Studio - Pilsen Office

Came for a 2nd opinon for cavities done at another office right before 4th July weekend, paid out of pocket to be seen and worked on boutique office get it. WAS OVERPROMISED bc maybe they wanted a new patient that oh yeah we will call you before holiday break bc i was in severe pain, no call, just wanted money. called today to be seen as im still experiencing pain, no appts I just hate being sold a dream... im good ill go somewhere else

Went to the Comfort Dental Studio in Pilsen. I was a previous patient at this dental practice in both Hyde Park locations. Love the growth of the practice! Still have a kind front desk staff and dental hygienists. Dr. White is kind and funny! He makes the experience enjoyable and less stressful! Looking forward to my 6 month check-in!

I absolutely love ComfortDental. Dr. Whyte is very funny and comforting. Knows his craft. What he’s not sure of, he has great referral doctors that are very in-tune with each other. The space is always clean. Both locations are in great neighborhoods! The staffing is fun and they make sure financial is never a factor on providing you great service and ensuring your health is first. Love them!

Very nice office with friendly staff. Howevr, i signed up for their basic plan that includes 2 cleanings. On my first scheduled appointment for a cleaning, i was surprised and disappointed that i didn't get my teeth cleaned. It had been 6 months since my last cleaning so i know i needed a basic cleaning. Instead the dental assistant polished my teeth with an electric tooth brush. I’ve been getting my teeth professionally cleaned for 35+ years, so i know what constitutes a cleaning. Instead, Dr. White focused on the pockets in my gums and suggested i get my impacted wisdom teeth pulled. I currently have no gum pain but i knew that gum repair is in my future. I would strongly suggest you confirm that they will actually clean your teeth (as in use the tools to scrap tartar from your te

I visited the Pilsen location on 2/9/2024; it has an outstanding facility, a modern setup ( decors and equipments), and even the ceiling has TVs; never a dull moment when being attended to. Very respectful, polite, and courteous staff from the front desk personnel, assistants and the Doctor. Great place and people!!!
