Dr. McCormick is an excellent dentist. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and takes the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. He made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit and clearly explained each step of the process. His attention to detail and genuine care for his patients truly stand out. I highly recommend Dr. McCormick to anyone looking for quality dental care, and I will definitely be returning for future visits.

Going to dentist is one of my least favorite things. With that said, Dr McCormick is thorough and takes the time to explain everything and he is fast! I initially had him create crown for my implant and now he is doing deep clean to remove tartar from under my gums. He doesn't have dental hygienist and I like that. He did one quadrant and while I dreaded it he did it very quickly. I would highly recommend him!

Had to go in to see about getting my crown reseated. Well, I needed a root canal. Thankfully they were able to do it right then and there and it took no time at all compared to a root canal I have had in the past. Also, I was worried when I didn't get any ibuprofen to help with the pain. But get this, no pain later in the evening. That was a pleasant surprise. Dr. Dong did a fabulous job getting me in and out with minimal pain. It'll help tremendously with my nerves next time I have to go, because it was such a pleasant experience.

To start, Dr. McCormick was extremely condescending. Then there was an issue with my insurance; I spoke with a girl in the front and she was totally clueless. I then asked to speak with the office manager and was told she was working from home that day and would give me a call when she was back in the office. Never got a call. I called back at least 3 times to speak with the manager and was told everytime that she is working from home. WHAT KIND OF MANAGER WORKS FROM HOME? That is the main person who should be IN the office! Especially if the other people don’t know how to handle these issues. Finally was able to get a hold of her and she was very rude and unprofessional, did not help me at all. Incredibly poor management! If I could give zero stars I would.

I usually come to this dental clinic for regular treatments, and this time I decided to try teeth whitening after Dr. Dong recommended it. Honestly, I didn’t expect much at first, but the result was amazing — my teeth look noticeably brighter yet still very natural, not fake or overdone at all. When I compared my before-and-after photos, the difference was so clear that I was genuinely surprised! Dr. Dong and all the staff are always so kind and professional, and I truly appreciate their warm care. It feels completely safe and comfortable to get whitening done at a dental clinic. I’m beyond satisfied and will definitely recommend this place to my friends!
