Comfort Dental - Pueblo South

I enjoy going to Comfort Dental for cleanings on the southside. Dr. Rose is my dentist and he is gentle, friendly, professional and has a good bedside (dentist chair) manner. The hygienists are friendly and outstanding. I have been going to this practice for 10 years and haven't any serious problems, however if I do, I will go to Dr. Rose. Thank you Comfort Dental!

Do NOT for any reason come here. I scheduled a cleaning only to show up and immediately get a full mouth X-ray, which my dentist had already sent over my 6month ones but these guys claim they never received. Fair enough, communicate that to me and give me the choice to cost myself $100 extra. They told me I cannot get a cleaning without fixing every cavity in my mouth, even though my previous dentist had watched the same teeth for 5 years and no change had happened. I agree to fillings. Next appt comes and I pay my surprise fees plus fillings. Dentist drills the cavities out and LEAVES. Dental assistant by herself is left to do the fillings. I should have left when she couldn’t place a wedge but I didn’t. She was very obviously inexperienced and should have never been left to work by herse

Always 5 star, professional and caring service at Comfort Dental South! I've been traveling over 2 hours to visit this office since the early 2000's. Every dentist I've ever seen from Dr. DeRose to my current dentist Dr. Rose has been courteous, professional, and treated me like FAMILY. Would highly recommend for new patients and someone looking to make a change! Thank you also to Eunique and the staff for always taking care of me!

The Dentist and most hygienists themself are amazing, but greatly overshadowed by rude desk assistants especially when checking out and in. Have never been talked to nicely here when checking out and most desk assistants will act like you are a bother to them just by showing up. The desk clerks have lost paperwork multiple times and office can not seem to receive faxes if there life depended on it. But Dentist is good. Update: after leaving this review received a lovely letter of dismissal stating they would no longer see me. Keep in mind this is after the check out nurse refused to let me leave, ordered me that I had to continue to see them and demanded I had to make a follow up appointment. Office knew very well I had a dentist and was there on a referral for alt work not a new dentist.

Comfort Dental employees are courteous, compassionate, efficient, and professional. While a dentist office is not normally a pleasant place to visit, the atmosphere at Comfort Dental is uplifting, the employees are happy, and the facility is clean. Dr. Rose's numbing technique is highly effective. Myself and family will continue to recommend this facility to others.
