Comfort Dental Main Street - Hamilton

On Monday, Oct 20th, my son who is a freshman at Miami Oxford called and let me know one of his fillings fell out of a tooth. We live an hourish or so from campus so I started calling dental offices progressively further away from campus seeking a dentist that could fix the filling immediately. I spoke with Comfort Dental and left the call confident that they could fix it today (October 21) at 4PM. They lied. The staff then tried to gaslight me into agreeing that they never said they could fix the tooth today. What they did do was a mountain of x-rays, found a myriad of cavities, and had a lot of questions about my son's invisalign orthodontics. In order to address all the newfangled issues we needed to set up follow-ups for other services. What they didn't know, because they only had on

i broke a tooth and they were booked till the end of the month. they said if they got a opening she would call me. not only did she call me back at the end of the day she got me in the next day and the filling day they fixed three problems in my mouth for a very reasonable price for someone who does not have insurance and everybody knows how hard it is to get into a dentist when you don't have insurance. I love the dentist. He was very caring. I felt no pain. I had a great visit and I will definitely go back if you're like me and you're on the fence five stars it is

Great office. Very clean and awesome staff. AWESOME dentists here. The old doctors from years ago are gone with fresh new staff I was told. Have been a patient here for years and the new staff is a significant improvement.

Caring, compassionate staff. They set the gold bar standard for others. Everyone is super friendly. My comfort was among their top concerns and would give me a short break as needed whenever I indicated I needed one. Dr Will is super. I can only hope he and the entire staff remain at this location.

We've been coming to this orthodontist for apx 4 years, and overall, the experience has been good. Both dentists my kiddos saw have been professional, and most of the staff is wonderful. However, the front desk greeter, Brittany, has been consistently unwelcoming. She is often short, cold, and makes us feel like an inconvenience, despite seeing my children for years. Additionally, since this office shares space with another practice, scheduling and checking in can sometimes be incredibly disorganized. While the care itself has been great, the front desk experience and scheduling issues could use improvement.
