Comfort Dental - Green Valley Ranch

Wonderful, under the circumstances. Lol. I needed a tooth pulled. I was sent from Green Valley, because Green Valley does not do extractions. It was quite a drive for me, so I asked if they could do it all today. When I called to ask for appointment from referral Bernadette said it would be a consult. So I was understanding that they had to check it out then I'd have to come back. Laurie called me back, very nice. I let her know my concerns for driving, and how far. She totally understood. Trevor Johnson was so Awesome...he was super busy, however he squeezed me in. He was thorough, kind and answered all questions I had. He personally called later to make sure I was okay. Iwas there probably there an 11/2 hrs. I got to the pharmacy on time. Home just in time to make dinner. I appreciat

Comfort Dentsl is great! No one likes going to the dentist. Dr. Brimhall is great. He is so kind and makes you feel at ease. He is very gentle.

I would highly recommend Comfort Dental in Green Valley Ranch. I would like to say that Dr. Rowan, his colleagues, medical and office staff are the best people to work on your teeth. I have had a lifetime of dental work and with that came many dental phobias. These professionals put you at ease and truly care about you as a patient. I honestly thought that I was on my way to dentures, but Dr. Rowan took the time to save my real teeth. I absolutely trust his judgement on what is best for me. I currently have dental insurance but Comfort Dental does not take it. I went to a dentist in plan and was told I needed all new implants and that would cost me over 25K. I would rather pay out of pocket and out of plan to get the service and care I get from Dr. Rowan and his staff. Thank you guys SO

Dr. Severance is great. He always asks about how I'm doing and my family as well before anything is done. This makes me feel wanted and appreciated as a customer.

I’m not happy about my experience, I went today with a really bad tooth infection and they took x-rays that I never saw the images and It took then 5 minutes the must to let me know that the tooth needs to be removed and the next available days is January 19 and today is the 10th are you serious and then to safe my appointment for the 19th I was charged $20 deposit to hold my spot on the 19th is the first time I have to pay to hold an appointment the other worse part about it is that I was forced to do cash they didn’t accept credit cards. “”Why” and I ask for a receipt and person that took my cash told me they don’t give receipts. Again “WHY” I will call on Monday and I need to talk with someone in charge and get some answers.
