Comfort Dental - Brighton

Front desk lady had a serious attitude problem and its very disappointing. I will not be coming here for any reason at anytime , you choose your job no one forces you to work here if you can't be professional and courteous this isn't the job for you. Hopefully they hire nicer more professional people in the future.

This place is amazing. I’ve been to several other dentist offices these past couple of days for a severe toothache and always left still in unbearable pain. This office was quick and easy to get into right away. The doctor and his staff were attentive and comforting, I left with no pain in my tooth at all. I was only in there for about 30 minutes and left feeling great! I will continue to recommend this place to family and friends.

Unfortunately, we had a very upsetting experience at this dental office. My wife and I came in with a written list of concerns, including a request to avoid using cold on a particularly sensitive tooth. We tried to communicate this kindly and clearly, but the dentist would not listen to us. My wife has anxiety and was hoping for a gentle and understanding approach, but instead, he just made her feel dismissed and disrespected. During the visit, the provider was not receptive to our concerns and spoke over us multiple times. When we attempted to end the appointment due to how we were being treated, the situation escalated in a way that made me feel extremely unsafe and uncomfortabe. I am grateful for the quick quality service I received I had 4 front teeth removed. And am planning on going back to remove more before I can get my dentures. Thanks to the whole team at comfort dental in Brighton Colorado

The one-star reviews on here are true. I went to this location under Dr. Craven care since 2014 and had gone in twice for teeth cleaning. Today, May 13, 2025, I came in to redo a filler (it was staining, and things were growing underneath the filler) I had done by Dr. Craven because my root was receding, Dr. Anderson worked on me today and give me the numbing medication and while he was injecting me with that numbing agent, he tears up my gum {I took some pictures when I got home to keep them as proofs}. Now, I'm freaking out about whether or not I will get periodontitis. I have never had this issue with my gum being torn up like ever before from a dentist and today I had to leave a review so people who are new to the office is aware of the situation. Not recommending this location to any
