I called to get information, he seemed unpleasant and dismissive, and expressed he would call me back he's in a session. I replied no thank you. I was completely thrown back. I didn't understand if your in a session why are you answering the phone!?! Why not allow the call to go to voicemail and return the call when your available!?! In my opinion I felt like this was unprofessional and will definitely take my business somewhere else. First impressions are everything
