Go see Cassandra. She is absolutely lovely! She asked great questions on my first visit to ensure the massage was exactly what I needed - and it was needed! I left feeling very relaxed. There is another review on here about someone waiting outside the locked door. When I arrived about 15 minutes early, the door was locked. I did call the number on the door and everything was sorted quickly. So that being said, if you end up having to wait for the door to be unlocked, it’s totally worth it! I look forward to returning!

Despite them reminding me multiple times in their emails about their 24 hour cancellation policy, they still decided to cancel my massage 2 hours before my scheduled time. My wife and I had booked a couples massage for our 10th wedding anniversary and they didn’t seem to care much. No offer to discount and no real attempt to reschedule. Do better. ------ The cancellation was not weather related despite the owners comments. This happened 36+ hours before the snow storm. Disappointing that she cannot even keep her excuses straight

I had to reschedule last minute on 2 occasions due to unforeseen family occurrences. When I inquired about availability for the following week I got no answer. I gave it a few days and inquired again no answer. I’m big on professionalism despite the circumstance. I just feel like if you didn’t wish to provide service to me or didn’t have any openings, I should have received a simple response saying that.

They cancelled my appointment day of. I took off PTO for this massage and was already on my way when I found out. I see other reviews saying the same. I would like to be rescheduled for free or reduced rate.

This was my first time to Columbus Restorative Massage & Wellness—and it was great! Cassandra asked about my specific needs and problem areas and went to work! She was pleasant and made me feel comfortable. As she started, we talked a few minutes then she was quiet to allow me to really relax and enjoy the massage. She was excellent!
