dont send anyone here i went in after a surgery staff mistreated me had to call the squad to get help all the time ems was there they was lying saying i was fine that i was telling stories i ended up being hospitalized after for several infections im still being treated for leigoneers about to be released to another location hoping its better than they are only thing i can say is a couple of staff members are really good the rest will let you and your loved ones sit in your own doings saying they are short staffed is no excuse....im lucky i got to hospital when i did doctors said i would have probably died in 24 more hours if i had stayed

They kicked me out because Medicaid didn’t pay. I was treated like crap and was disrespected. Social worker telling my personal business in front of family members. Staff having thier pics on certain patients. Staff disappeared and are always at the front desk and not helpful with residents. The staff are always complaining and fighting amongst each other If I were you don’t go there

Terrible place to send your loved ones. Nurses sleeping on the job. The aides talk to the nurse and patients like they are the boss. There is a couple nurses there that are really good but I don't see them often when I come in to see my friend at night. Call lights always going off while they sleep like this. Don't send your loved ones here. There is a nurse I believe her name is Ashley but I'm not sure tall black young to mid age lady very helpful and always smiling she's amazing and a african male nurse that works there they are the best things going for that place but neither of them I see often. They don't even look like they belong there cause the place is hood. Think twice. Investigate this place for yourself. This nurse was sleeping so hard she was snoring 😴 I can't make this up.

I was there 3 hrs and called 911 to be removed!!! I wasn’t given none of my medications. Their excuse was their private pharmacy is unreachable. I asked what that means for me. They said I’d have to just tough it out. I explained I couldn’t “tough” it out. They walked out of the room. I pushed the call button 2 times, both times I was ignored for over 1 hour each time. When I confronted them I was told that I’m expecting the “Hilton”. I asked to be sent back to the hospital two different times. Both times I was told “no” They said they would tell the hospital that I’m just simply unhappy with their customer service instead of telling the truth! When the Paramedics showed up the staff closed my door and I heard the Paramedics ask why they got a call from a patient and not the facility. They

There is an allegation on facebook and other social media platforms that the director of nursing, who works here, spit on another nurse while she was in her car. If this behavior occurred while in uniform, it would be disturbing to consider the potential impact on patient care. Spitting on someone is a serious lapse in professionalism.
