doctor Joe Grimes, is very understanding about your questions and concerns. but also knowledgeable on his specialty in treatment and being able to have a treatment plan for each patient including me. he is dedicated to help you out w/ reasonable referrals and treatments necessary

Oh my god! The wait is to die! I had a 1 pm apt and ended leaving at 5:30 pm. The staff and doctors were very nice and helpful but the wait was ridiculous and unnecessary.

The eye doctors and specialists are great. The wait time is horrible even if you come early or on time. Expect to be there at least two hours or more. The women at the front desk are very rude. Every time I have visited I was meet with an unpleasant person. Asking a question bothers them. This is their job to be polite, friendly, and answer patient questions.

Doctors and staff are extremely nice and helpful. Yes, the waiting time may be very long, but it's only because Doctors take as much time as necessary to treat patients
