Columbia Doctors - Larchmont

The NP didn't seem to speak the language of Science. She didn’t seem to understand anything I said. Basic stuff, I thought. When I was leaving, I made a reference to the person taking the copay, and they gave me a look and said, "Don’t leave." Then, she started looking around as if she knew exactly what I was saying. I got the distinct feeling that I was not the only unhappy patient. I paid and left. Terrible experience. Side note: I was in golf clothes as I just played 18, I apologized and said sorry I just played golf. Hair was a mess from the hat and I had white sunscreen on my face. Based on the things she said to Me I think she didn’t understand that golf clothes are different. It’s a thing here in Weschester, Golf clothes! (It was kindai flashy outfit).

Absolutely pleasurable experience. Highly knowledgeable staff, kind support workers and competent front desk. Clean facilities. Weird but understandable valet parking. Both my wife and I feel VERY comfortable with our journey here.
