I could not say enough good things about my new patient today! The receptionists, hygienist (Hunter, I believe) and Dr. Sprague were so kind and patient! It didn't even feel like I was at the dentist. I cannot recommend them enough!

Dr. Jim is the absolute best! He is so very caring about how you feel. His attention to detail is amazing. Always the latest and greatest technology. He communicates so well and helps you understand what he's doing every step is the way. And his staff goes above and beyond to care for you. A fantastic dental experience.

I went for the first time, for a referral, and Dr. Sprague had me get X-rays before he even looked at me, obviously to charge more money. Given the situation, he could easily have shone a light into my mouth and determined that I needed surgery. He then sent me somewhere else for a single tooth removal because he doesn't have the capability. Columbia will not be getting any more of my business.

I lost part of a large filling, and I was seen only a few days after I called and told the receptionist that I had sensitivity in that tooth. Dr. Bucher fit me in and he and his skillful assistant did a great job repairing the tooth! I highly recommend them!
