Columbia Animal Hospital

Was super excited to finally get my babies seen after a while, and they scheduled me for Jan. 1st 10am. I called a few weeks ago, and the lady on the phone was very dismissive like she didn't even want to answer the phone or talk to me at all, but she told me they were available on the 1st at 10am and said she got my appointment scheduled for my cat and dog. I show up, the front doors are locked. I call, and they're closed. I'll call back tomorrow to try and reschedule, but this was very unprofessional and inconvenient. Update: I was able to reschedule, I went in and was initially greeted by a very rude lady who informed me that I was "very late because [I] need to complete paperwork 15 minutes before [my] appointment time" (which I was only 5 minutes late and I was not made aware on the

This animal hospital is efficient and friendly. I had an unscheduled, emergency with my cat, and I was dreading spending hours in the waiting room, waiting for a space between those that had appointments. I was out in 90 minutes. This is amazing. Everyone is friendly and understanding which is amazing these days.

Took Jack for his annual, good report other than being told to lose a pound or 3. Think I've received the same advice. Quick efficient visit, everyone very pleasant with a smile.
