Colts Neck Pediatrics

im typing this billeting review while still in the office of Colt Neck Pediatrics. i had a 4 oclock appointment here and have been waiting for a hour in one of the rooms to see absolutely nobody as of currently. maybe there clocks are slightly set back but i have never met a doctor that has been this late. if you need a doctor or a pediatrician please, go somewhere else

Dr. Bautista is a caring, compassionate and competent doctor. All of my children have always received excellent care from her, her colleagues and staff. Thank you Dr. Bautista for always giving my children the best care!

After an initial bad experience for my son's well visit, we gave the practice the benefit of the doubt and stuck with them for another 3 months. We were left frustrated and disappointed after each visit (lack of general medical knowledge at every sick visit for simple illnesses like viruses and ear infections, disorganized records leading to confusion over immunization schedules, poor bedside manner, and speaking over us/interrupting repeatedly). Finally, when we decided to leave the practice, we were told we would be charged $1 per page (nearly 500 pages) to have our medical records faxed to the new doctor.

I have been going to Colts Neck Pediatrics for over15 years! We love Dr B and all the nurses there. And I just wanted to say how wonderful I think the staff is here. Recently I dealt with two receptionists one I believe her name was Nicole and a gentleman who I don’t know his name but both were so sweet and helpful. I know things have been crazy over the past 6 months and I just wanted to let you know Dr B your staff is wonderful and you are all doing a great job keeping everyone safe and being there for your patients. Thank you for all you guys do and for being an amazing pediatrician for my kids all these years. Thank you Stacey Sarcona

This is the best pediatrician office by far. The staff is very friendly. Dr. Bautista really cares about her patients. I have 4 kids and have been coming over 20 years
