Colton Urgent Care

I went there last night 🌙 at about 6pm Sunday evening. I had a a nasty tooth gum infection 😩 and was in terrible need of some medication in the means of antibiotics and pain medication motrin. I was in terrible agony pain with this tooth and it even affected my blood pressure. I normally run on the lower side about 110/70 in the lower range and last night it was high for me I must say 128 over about 70 I can't remember the bottom number but anyway I called there before I came they said it was quiet so I went right down. I was there about maybe 25 minutes before I was called back and weighed and taken vitals from. Doc came in quick and so easy assessed me and saw me out. The nurses were all wonderful and the receptionist was fantastic 👏 ❤️ 👌 they all were at everything but I had interacted

Mr. Song does everything in his power not to help you. Well that's what he did with me. He is not the medical doctor. He steps in and does nothing. He will say you are being argumentive when you try to advocate for yourself. He also doesn't pay attention to dates on paperwork. Mr. Song would also say you just don't get how this works but not follow up with how it works. If you aren't currently dying or you have a workman comp case please do not come here. Your not even going to be seen by the real medical doctor.

I had a great experience coming here and getting attended at the front by Jennifer. She helped me go through my process of getting my tb test done for school very smoothly while everywhere else I went was very rude and not helpful towards my situation . She had a great spirit and I had zero issues I felt very welcome here because of her . I will be recommending this urgent care and coming here again!

I've been here a couple of times and the wait times are never bad. The staff is always nice and professional. But a Jennifer in the front desk went above and beyond to help me check in on the tablet when I had issues. I will definitely be back!

PA Eric Song is incredible — he has an amazing bedside manner, a big heart, and always takes the time to listen, explain, and make you feel cared for, not rushed. Every time we have been there (I have two young twins--so unfortunately we have been to the urgent care way too many times) we ask for Eric. Eric is compassionate, thorough, and genuinely concerned about what’s best for us. It’s rare to find someone in healthcare who combines medical knowledge with this level of kindness and patience.
