Colton Pharmacy

Been using Coltons for 8yrs with not the best luck. HOWEVER, the changes the owner(s) have made my experience going to coltons wonderful. Pharmacist is very friendly, very informative and super helpful.The pharmacy techs Has been awesome at adjusting with the changes.The headsets are so wonderful.It is so much easier to be able to get on call with the pharmacy. Super quickSuper-efficient meds are ready every time I go to pick them up. Never any long lines anymore. I definitely recommend choosing coltons as your pharmacy.If you are going out of town, because I would say that Colton's now is even better than going to cvs or a walgreens

Don’t ever try to get your prescriptions transferred anywhere because first I’ll sit on it for like a week and then they’ll send it to the wrong place! This place has always been a joke. There’s no customer service. I don’t even think anybody there knows what that is. No wonder people go out of town to get their medicine filled.

Kudos to you all at Colton’s. Since in the new building … all of you have been super kind and very informative. It’s on us as customers to be responsible and call in our refills in a timely manner. Cannot fault you all for that. Even when I haven’t done my part, you all have been exceptional at getting my prescription to me very fast. Even in times you are swamped. I have notice the change and you deserve a great review and a thank you. Great job to you all!!!!

Im on hold with Colton pharmacy right now, put on hold 5 different times. Haven’t gotten through to a receptionist in almost 20minutes! All I need is to know if there is a refill for my mom’s prescription. It’s not the first time of having extreme waiting for prescriptions to be ready, saying a time and driving from Mossyrock to Morton and then having to go back hours later. Terrible!! You’re better off driving into chehalis to pick up prescriptions, especially if you really need them!

Where to begin on this one… Worst pharmacy I’ve ever worked with, takes hours to get prescriptions filled on a good day. My wife waited a whole week for one prescription, and at the end of that we still didn’t get it, there was more issues. We eventually decided it would just be best to start driving an hour to Walmart, over working with a place that just simply can’t get out the needed medication. This place does definitely earn its low rating and I highly recommend driving the extra distance or using a service like optum home delivery pharmacy that ships your medication to you. It will take a few days, but it would have got my wife’s medication before Colton’s somehow. I know a few people who have made the switch already and they say it was well worth it.
