Dr. Kim Welsh is the ultimate professional. She is fantastic at ordering, setting up, and training clearly about hearing aids. She is also has a pleasant personality and easy to talk with.
Everyone was very kind and helpful. Terri was exceptional. She explained the testing process and results in a way I understood. She made doing something I really did not want to do a pleasant experience that I actually enjoyed.
Kim Welsh is the Audiologist I seen and she was completely patient with me. Explained everything in detail and worked with me through the entire process. Highly recommend!
