The bad reviews are indeed an accurate representation of this office and its staff. From them not having the "ability" to do intake forms in office, to the price changes at checkout, to the 2month scheduling wait, the front office is not good. But the experience only gets worse once you see a urologist. When telling the doctor my issues, none of them were addressed or answered. I had to repeatedly ask for advice, next steps, or any information on what they thought might be causing the issue, and never receivedany answers. To all of my questions and concerns, the answer was "i dont know" or "yep, thats odd". When asking about my issue, i repeatedly effused, in medical terms, the exact location and issue, which was met with essentially no visual or physical inspection, and a repeated insiste

Perfect place to go if you enjoy being spoken to condescendingly. If you’re seeking doctors with medical degrees from Chuck E. Cheese, this is absolutely the place for you! The office staff never have a clue what’s going on, and they more than compensate for it with rudeness and lack of accountability. Communication is nonexistent, effort is laughable, and professionalism is clearly optional. If I had these people’s work ethic, my children would go hungry. Book an appointment now (if you can even get on the phone with an actual human being) for an experience that will never fail to leave you crying in your car. Xoxo

If you need timely care and expect the doctor's office to respect appointment times, this is not the place for you. I had an initial consult get re-scheduled twice and a follow up call just get re-scheduled again for a month out. I wish I could start over with another care provider as the re-scheduling is not acceptable. I could see 1x, but it's been every appointment thus far with them.

Called them 4 times to get a prescription refilled. I was told that the medical assistant has not opened the message to them. Now they tell me since I have not been there for over a year I have to set another appt. I was there in Oct. (6 months ago). The fact I gave them 4 opportunities to fix the problem is unbelievable. Find another place.

Terrible communication and follow up! I had a procedure done here which was successful but a month later I had a complication which was handled poorly. I ended up going to the ER over the weekend and after my ER visits and tests, the Doctors did notfollow up to guide me through a recovery plan. I called everyday to get more information and was told every time to wait 48 hours. Sometimes things can't wait that long! I didn't get a response until Friday, 5 days later. Additionally, a few month later I submitted samples as instructed and was notified by the lab that the results are ready and sent to the doctors. It's been 5 days and still no response from the doctors. Long wait times in the phone and lack of a follow up communication plan has made my experience terrible. I would not recomme
