Took my five year-old son here to get his ears, checked as he had earwax clogging his ear, causing hearing loss. They were able to clear out the ear wax with the newer technology machine that kind of suction it out, which was nice. The doctor here is amazing. I highly recommend it. The staff are all friendly and really great with kids.

Was very disappointed with my appointment. At first, everything was great. I had an appointment for my cochlear implant to get some remapping done. The audiologist (forgot her name) there was very nice, called me up and did some hearing test. I had my father with me to make sure I didn’t missed anything. Then sends me to an exam room for an ear check up with Dr. Hegarty which wasn’t needed. I was confused but everything went well and said the audiologist will get you soon. We waited then Aspen, very nice person comes in and said sorry we don’t have an audiologist available for me for remapping and we close in 30 minutes and it takes 45 minutes to remapped it. I got furious and so did my father did too because I paid a lot of money for insurance of course just to get my cochlear implant for
