I have had a GREAT experience here with Alyx Capri, PA-C. She has done a few laser hair removal services on me and I am so pleased with the results! She has been extremely professional, knowledgeable, and caring with every interaction I've had. I also appreciate her efficiency. Shout out also to Bethany who has had to reschedule me several times due to my own schedule changing last minute - she is always patient and helpful getting me back in quickly!

This company scams!! They keep sending a 25 dollar bill when I had paid in full the last visit I had. If I owed an extra 25 for the appointment I had why didn’t you charge it right there???? You send me bills months later? I can appreciate doctor offices being busy and delays do happen. When I show up at 2pm for a 2:30p appointment and you don't even call me back until 3p then make me wait another 15 minutes before I just walked out. It's inexcusable to make patients wait this long without even acknowledging delays or asking if I want to reschedule. Simple customer service can go a long way. I shall be taking my business elsewhere. Other patients be forewarned.

Doctor Orton was a relief to see. Felt very comfortable, spoke very confidently, and concise. Everything was relayed promptly. Questions were asked. I felt heard when seen. His assistant was the type I was expecting very welcoming warm , knowledgeable and supportive. 10/10 experience

By far the friendliest office I’ve ever been to! Desk staff and Dr. Orton were both great. I was able to be seen with short notice to put stitches in and my skin looks great - no scarring!
