The appointment with Dr. May was great. Five stars. His assistant was great as well. The reception staff I would give 3 to 3 1/2. They were polite, but not very helpful. Maybe just lacking in initiative to problem solve.. my referral was sent the week before and was not put in their system. I had to call my insurance company and Ask them to fax it over Again.I was at risk of having to self pay Because paperwork wasn’t processed.

Really good experience from the moment I walked in the door. All interactions were positive, friendly, and professional. I especially liked the explanations of what to expect, every step of the way. Also, liked not feeling rushed and given the opportunity to ask questions.

I thank Dr. A .Kleinkort for her knowledgeable and compassionate care given to me. She explained the cause of my eye problem which gives me great satisfaction. I feel comfortable and cared for having her as my eye physician.

The staff were friendly, the building and equipment were all very nice. My only issue is I felt like the doctor who saw me didn’t really have a solution for me. I went in because I would like to have a Chalazion removed from my upper eyelid, but the doctor pretty much told me I just have to live with a swollen eyelid, even though I know a friend who just had his Chalazion successfully removed a matter of weeks ago. The best option he gave me was to call back in March when another doctor is starting at the Eye Institute, and hope that the new doctor can do a procedure for me. Or he said I could call around the city to see if anyone else could do it for me. So now I have to start over again, get another referral from my PCP, and wait another month to be seen by a doctor.

Dr. Lee is an awesome eye doctor and surgeons. We were referred to him when my son was 5 for an emergency visit and be still monitors my son yearly. Dr. Lee recently performed cataract surgery on my mother and placed stints in her eye to prevent her glaucoma from progressing. My family and I will continue to see Dr. Lee in the future for all of our eye exams he and his office are great.
