Colorado ENT & Allergy: Kristi Been Hallum, AuD

My experience at the audiologist at Colorado ENT was incredibly positive. The Audiologist resident explained every aspect of my hearing test and discussed hearing aids with an understanding attitude. She explained and demonstrated to me how the hearing aids would fit into my ears. Each step of the way was comforting , educational, informative. She then scheduled my appointment with the audiologist. I feel no stigma any longer about requiring hearing aids and this resident played a large part of that. I’m grateful for her kindness and knowledge.

From the beginning of finding the tumor in my ear (when others just thought I needed my ear cleaned) to helping me decide what hear ing aid option was best for me, I've been treated so kindly, thoroughly and professionally.

I had such a positive experience with Dr Kristi Been Hallum. As someone with medical anxiety/trauma I am always nervous to need any appointments, but this entire office melted that away. I had a hearing test done and was recommended hearing aids, at which point the office recommended an organization they work with that can help with the financial aspect. Throughout the entire process any anxiety or worries I had were quickly put to rest. I would and will recommend this office, and especially Kristi Been Hallum, to anyone.

Dr Kristie is the best, a '10' in evert regard, from first contact through analysis and selection of modern affordable aids.but her true strengths are follow through and upkeep of the product. I've been with her 8 years and she always exceeds in every case, from updates to minor maintenance. If there's anyone on the planet I recommend it is her, her advice and company.

I had a great experience with Kristi. She is a gem of a person and has real people skills besides being a terrific audiologist.
