I can't say enough about how friendly, professional and understanding the staff is here at the pharmacy. They go out of their way to assist my elderly parents in town with their medications and call me if there are any issues. Will has been so helpful along with the rest of the staff. They quickly and seamlessly handle insurance and also coordinate with the medical providers.
Fantastic staff excellent pharmacist. Exceptionally speedy at transfers if they do not have the medication. Or cannot obtain it from their supplier extremely handy as a local resident of Hopkinton New Hampshire. It is not a compounding pharmacy. But most likely you can get what you need. If not, they are happy to send your prescription to where it can be obtained. But when you were sick and disabled, it is a task to get to Concord. They accept state insurance.. Which means they are getting the absolute bottom dollar but they still participate, for low income individuals. Richard Cohen and Mel Myler, fought for legislation for the department of Health and Human Services to update the medication prices every 15 days versus Every 9 months. Which meant our local pharmacies were losing money. V
Pharmacy staff is incoherent. They call me several times by different people and then when I go to pick it up, something is wrong and it wasn’t filled. I have had this problem for 2 months and I am moving to a different pharmacy because I am done having these problems. Store is absolutely great. Prices are higher because it is a smaller store and the expiration dates are sooner on most items. Good for something in immediate need.
I have never had a bad experience whenever I go in to shop. From the Deli offering Boars Head, fresh produce, selection of quality meats, vast selection of beer and wines to the pharmacy with convenient store items for everyone with every kind of day-to-day need, this is a one stop shop. It's always welcoming to see the friendly and helpful team, especially seeing the owners working on the floor doing every job they ask their team to do and more. We need more family run businesses like this to keep our communities thriving!
My wife and I have been going here for many years. It has become terrible lately. There is a high turnover in employees, constant mix-ups with prescriptions and they're always passing the buck or just lying about not receiving information from doctors. I question the legality of a few of the things they have done and certainly the ethicality of some others. This last experience was the last straw. After partially filling a prescription because they "couldn't get any more" they used their usual tactics of denial and confusion. We paid the copay for the partial prescription and will have to pay again to get the rest instead of them calling and telling us they couldn't fill it. Money isn't the issue though, it's just a terrible business and we will be having our prescriptions transferred to a
