Colonial Family Pharmacy

I just wanted to come on here and give this pharmacy a well deserved 5 star review. They really really saved my butt and I appreciate them so much. The pharmacy I usually go to was having shipping issues and could not get my medication and I had to call around 3 different counties and couldnt find anyone who would or could help me..When I called here she was so kind and so willing to do what she could to help me... So many pharmacies they are rude and judgemental and sometimes just flat out refuse to help. Colonial pharmacy is a little over an hour drive for me but it is absolutely 1000% worth it. I just wanted to say Thank you so so much.🙏🏼 A little kindness goes a long way! I am so grateful for them.

When I moved to Millcreek 9 years ago I was lucky to discover Colonial. The staff are so very friendly and professional. Your scripts can be delivered, and you can always count on them being delivered early in the day, not late afternoon. Any questions you may have in regard to your scripts are thoroughly addressed. The pharmacy will check and see for you if any new scripts interact with any you are presently taking. All in all, Colonial Family Pharmacy I would highly recommend.

My experience with COLONIAL is they are truly a family pharmacy, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to help me the day before Thanksgiving which no other big chain pharmacies would ever do. I was running late, I was going OOT, and they made sure I had all my medications and stayed open a few extra minutes. I couldn't thank them enough

Colonial family Pharmacy lives up to its name family. Bob Heath and his friendly staff are the most gracious kind and informative pharmacist I’ve ever met. One time they saved my life by noticing that my doctor had ordered a prescription which I had a life threatening reaction to in the past. Bob said Patty you can’t take this I’m going to call your doctor and have them order something else because last time you couldn’t breathe when you took it. He really saved my life. Five stars

VERY personalized service! I can't say enough good things about Bob and his staff. I moved here 5 + years ago and started with Giant Eagle because I used them before but after too many times not having the medication I needed when I needed it I searched for a non chain that would give good service. I found Colonial Family Pharmacy and it has been a great move, really wish I had started there. THANKS Bob for being there when I need you.
