Colonial Animal Clinic

Our dog got loose and ran into the street - protecting the yard from a stray. The young driver didn’t see him. I scooped him up & rushed to Colonial. My daughter phoned ahead. They dropped what they were doing. They greeted me at the door & started emergency services. Their urgency & kindness was off the charts. He passed a hero in my eyes. They didn’t expose us to some ridiculous itemized bill. A fair fee with unmatched compassion. Pets are family… they get that. 10/10.

Took our elderly Schnauzer brothers here to put them to sleep. Absolutely amazing and caring staff. Kayla was awesome. It’s a horrible situation to have to go through. But they made sure they were cared for. Highly recommend!!

I have taken my animals to Colonial Animal Clinic for several years. I would highly recommend them. They have been kind, compassionate, professional, and understanding during each visit. My animals are a part of our family and they treat them as part of theirs. I thank God for each staff member. As a team they provide quality care!!

They have taken very good care of my kitty. Everyone is very patient and kind. The vets always take time to talk to us. Prices are extremely reasonable, too.

Sophia is getting use to a new vet clinic, I am sure they will eventually be a 5. The first visit was two weeks ago, the front office staff is why the rating of a 4, they lack friendliness, here we are new customers and anxious because we had been with the same vet for 6 years. And was given no notice on them closing. Shame on you pawsitive pets! We loved the former vet and staff, they were always friendly and ready to accommodate Sophia’s needs. So we have some staff that are unfriendly , then a vet tech comes out to take my fur baby back to pre medicate for her vaccines. I will say they were open to listen and obtained her clinic records to know her needs. Well we didn’t get to meet the vet that visit. 4/12/24 two weeks later our second visit for remaining vaccines, same experience of
