Is it possible to use the word fabulous when talking about a colonoscopy? It is with this group! From start to finish, this experience was great. Julee and Luke are the stars of the show in the front office. They answered all my questions, were very patient and kind. This old granny appreciates that very much. The procedure process was streamlined and professional, great staff there as well. And, of course, Dr. Shakoor is so calm and sweet-natured you can’t help but love him. Great experience. Highly recommend!

The physicians, medical professionals, and staff were very professional, friendly, and personable at Eastside Endoscopy Center. My husband, Stephen, received great care and Dr. Shakoor was so kind, and made sure he explained everything and that we had everything we needed.

Dr. Shakoor and staff are the best. I was elated that everyone seemed to have read the paperwork I filled out prior to my procedure. They actually verified and asked questions regarding prior procedures and meds I’m taking or had taken previously. I was truly impressed. Often times I wonder why some offices ask you to fill out the ppw regarding past procedures and medications. More often than not it doesn’t appear they read it. I had a very positive experience at the Colon and Digestive Health Specialists, office of Dr. Karim Shakoor. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the staff, who were friendly and highly professional. The team, including PA Willane, Dr. Howard, Tech Luc, and of course Dr. Shakoor himself, demonstrated thorough knowledge and care. PA Willane was attentive, making sure I understood every step of the process, while Dr. Howard (anesthesiologist) and Tech Luc provided excellent support and reassurance throughout. Dr. Shakoor took the time to explain all aspects of my treatment with patience and clarity, which made me feel confident and well-informed. Overall, the staff’s friendliness combined with their professionalism created a comforting and reassuring environment. I highly recommend
