Dr. O’Neill is an exceptional doctor. He is kind, caring and does not try to up sale you on a procedure that you don’t need. He is the best at what he does. The surgical counselor named Kelly was personable, caring and on top of things. She went out of her way to help my elderly Mother, who adores her and will only deal with her. Thank you for caring and taking such good care of my family. You are the best.

Dr. O’Neill was exceptional from start to finish. After I got a piece of metal embedded in my eye, he was calm, thorough, and immediately reassuring—exactly what you want in a scary situation. He explained everything clearly, answered my questions without rushing, and handled the visit with real skill and confidence. He also went above and beyond by coming into the office on a weekend to see me for an emergency consultation. That level of responsiveness and care is rare, and I’m genuinely grateful. Nicole deserves special recognition as well. She helped coordinate everything after hours—making the arrangements, communicating with the on-call doctor, and keeping things moving smoothly. She was incredibly kind and helpful, and it was some of the best after-hours service we’ve ever experien

I was very happy with Collins Vision. Dr Oneal was very informative and very pleasant. The staff were all very nice also. Dr Oneal saw me even I was late cause I had my apt time wrong. I really appreciated him doing that.

My husband and I have both recently had procedures performed by Dr. O'Neill. He is professional, caring, interested, engaging, and very pleasant. His staff is wonderful! Kudos to Kristen, Gina, and Kelly. They make you feel comfortable and answer any questions they can. Kristen and Gina are very intuitive and extremely helpful. Dr O"Neil is 5 star all the way! I found Dr. O'Neil by reading the oustanding reviews and man were they spot on. He is very knowledgeable, caring and an excellent listener. No question is too small. I just finished cataract and glaucoma surgery on both eyes feeling comfortable and informed throughout the entire process (NO PAIN). Every office staff member goes above and beyond making you feel welcome. Thank you Dr. O'Neil for giving my eye sight back.
