Horrible bed side manner, with a single focus on only making money for the practice, no care or concern for the well being of the patient.

Indian-sounding receptionist is rude and disrespectful. I called for a reminder of my appointment time. She sounds annoyed and tired. She tells me to hold then hangs up and disconnects the line so I can’t call back?? Very unprofessional when I just asked for a reminder of the time of my appointment. I would cancel my appointment but I can’t call back since the receptionist disabled the phone so I guess I just won’t show up.

Edited since the owner replied * I was a patient. There are only 3 people working in the office. Dr Duong who is the only dentist at the office was my provider. He was actually great - very gentle and actually listening to my concerns when I was able to see him. The problem is the older female receptionist. She is so incompetent! I can't tell you how many times I had to move an appointment because of her. She even 'forgot' to charge me copays for my first couple of visits and I had a pay a lump sum. The final person working there is the heavy set dental assistant. He was the one who diagnosed me with a TMJ issue, without any diagnostics, when I actually had an infection that was causing the pain. I can describe the entire dingy office if you'd like! How despicable that you would lie that

i love the dentists and the dental assistants. jerry, the receptionist, is extremely rude and curt over the phone. i hope something is done about her because she truly makes everything an unpleasant experience when i go there

I had such a calming time at this office. They were so knowledgeable and patient with me. The doctor was awesome. And the front office lady was great she made sure that my appointment time was managed and speedy
