Collier Hills Dental was very nice, helpful, knowlegedable I felt welcome. The front desk ladies were sweet and welcoming and so was the dental team they went into action quickly for me. I will be coming back and making this my permanent dentist. Thank you guys so much for the help!

Dr. Schoettler and staff were phenomenal. He was patient with my treatment and communicated very well during and what to expect after. Staff was just as pleasant. Highly recommend!

The front desk personnel were so helpful. Appreciate their time with explaining the new financial plan offered thru Aetna Ins. The dental Hygienist, Alisha, was great at doing the cleaningand answering all my questions regarding caring for my gums and teeth. She didn’t rush me and was upbeat the whole time . Dr Schoettler was very pleasant, professional and explained to me I had a crack in a tooth, showed me realtime w a camera that I needed a crown. Very good experience with the team!

I am extremely disappointed with the communication and handling of my case at Collier Hills Dental. I had two crowns placed by Dr. Siva Venkatachalam, DMD on November 11, 2025. On November 23, while I was out of town on vacation, one of the crowns fell out. Since then, I have been trying to resolve this issue and have been communicating with Brenda, the Operations Manager, about having the charges reversed so I can go to another dentist to get my mouth properly fixed. I was told in writing that a refund claim for $1,002 had been filed and processed and would be sent back to MetLife. However, it still has not been submitted or reflected, and I am left waiting while dealing with a failed dental procedure. This situation has been frustrating and stressful. I would visit this Dental practice 1 million times again for Carla and Bree. These dental hygienist are so sweet, down to earth, thoughtful, and professional. An additional dental hygienist was also incredible. I didn’t get her name but know she’s from Jamaica from our conversation. You have an excellent team.
