Collier Compounding

Horrible service. Tried calling and got the run around about my son’s prescription. We sent 4 messages and several text and then called twice and they hung up. Waited all day to hear back while calling. Not once I heard from someone about his prescription. When we finally got through we were told it will take 2-3 business days. Never took that long before. Laurie the pharmacist was not helpful and definitely cannot care less about patients. Previous we did not have this many issues filling one prescription. This is extremely disappointing.

The lady that helped me has excellent customer service. The process to pick up a prescription was easy & painless. How to use the prescription was explained very well. And it seemed cheaper after insurance than other places. That's always a win!

Ella is the kindest, most helpful human. I really appreciated her and her customer service over the last week. She helped me try to get a response from my doctor to fill an Rx for more than a week. Once e got an answer, she got it filled and made herself available because she knew I was traveling and needed it. I finally got it in the nick of time on the way to the airport. She’s truly wonderful!

They are amazing. Super friendly staff and my pharmacist Austin filled the order very fast. He was also very helpful to keep me connected via text and was able to connect with my dentist to make a change in strength. I love the compounded version as it leaves out all artificial ingredients and uses a vegan capsule so the body gets only the medication and nothing else. In addition they carry a big line of pure supplements and give great advice on what to take. Highly recommend this place in Johnson. It’s definitely worth the drive 💫 ❤️

We love Collier Compounding! They are professional and friendly. They communicate any issues. Alpha is wonderful! It is refreshing to be greeted by someone so friendly. Curt is SO helpful. He always takes time to discuss any issues or concerns we may have.
