I had an incredible experience today! The office is absolutely beautiful, but the service is what really sets them apart. As a fellow medical clinic owner, I have high standards, and this team exceeded them all. The front desk receptionist is truly elite one of the best I’ve ever encountered. She is professional, welcoming, and deserves a raise for the way she represents the practice! The entire staff made the process seamless, even providing a clear breakdown of my out-of-pocket costs before I even arrived or had to ask. The doctor was exceptionally thorough. She took the time to show me pictures of my eyes and explained everything in plain terms that were easy to understand. I also appreciated that while they recommended products based on my exam, they weren't pushy at all. To top it off

The most thorough eye evaluation I have ever experienced. The office staff are courteous and efficient. They reflect Dr Greene’s personal and professional ethos.

They actually called me when a sooner day was available to come for my first visit. My wife loves going here, and my longtime eye doctor retired, so I gave Dr. Greene a chance. Everyone in the office was professional, efficient, friendly, informative, and fun. Dr. Greene spent a lot of time with me, but I never felt like she was in a hurry to move on. All the other office ladies are amazing also. I will be back as soon as my insurance lets me. Well done.
