Colletto Eyecare - New Location 247 E Mt Gallant

I don’t know what these other reviews are talking about, because this office is AMAZING. The staff here works with what they have and they do it extremely well every single person is kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. You can tell they care about their patients and each other. Honestly, all the negative reviews are nonsense. This is one of the best eye doctor experiences I’ve ever had, and I’ll keep coming back. Highly recommend. I have been a patient here since 2011!!

First let me say my visit 2 weeks ago for pink eye was good. Dr. Colletto was professional and prescribed me the eye drops needed for my painful pink eye. This morning I awoke to pink eye again. I had a little bit of the prescribed drops left and called the office at 10:am for a refill. I spoke with Ericka. She stated Dr. Colletto would call me back. He did not. I called back at 3pm. I spoke with Ericka. She said they had been extremely busy and Dr Colletto had not read the phone messages yet. She then told me I would need to make another appointment as they could not refill the drops. When I tried to make an appointment they didn't have an appointment for the remainder of the week. So, I have pink eye, the Dr hasn't read his messages 5 hours later, I am requesting a refill, she stared I n

1/10. I would not recommend. I took my daughter for an eye exam and glasses. She said Dr. Colletto was fine but seemed rushed. Attempting to get glasses was lack luster at best. The staff was not helpful in sizing frames and seemed extremely disinterested in providing quality service. They do not provide measuring services or give helpful information in terms of blue light lens, etc.. Needless to say, we left and went to my optician. FYI, Hahn Eye Care is 20 minutes away, but well worth the drive. They helped her select frames, measured for fitness and best vision. Please don’t waste your time with Colletto.

Dr. Colletto have been my doctor for several years now...I shall say WAS. His office has changed, but not for the better. The office staff appears young and inexperienced. Poor office management and customerservice. The cost you pay is expensive, but the quality of the product is not what you pay for. You pay for scratch resistant...the lenses scratch. You order and pay for top of line frames, but you get the cheapest of the line of frames/lenses. The staff appears as if they don't want to be bothered. This office changed for the worst since they moved to the new location. No respect for customer paying their hard earned money. They will not provide all information on your prescription if you request it. This year I will find another doctor and office. I'm giving 1 star and I'm being gener

Service at this place has been going downhill for years, but it's finally come to a head. Recent visit, I don't even know what Doctor I saw, he didn't even introduce himself. The girls they employ now seem like high schoolers with no experience. They don't know the contact brands or the details of the lens variations. I'm not confident the lenses I ordered will be correct either. They treated my wife with disrespect after ordering her the wrong contact lenses and refusing to replace them, the MANAGER hanging up on her, then putting her on an hour hold after she called back, only to hang up again. The manager kept changing her story about why they wouldn't replace the contacts, even acknowledging that THEY made the error, but refused to rectify it. We've been customers for at least 10 years
