if i could i would give it zero star, the receptionist was so rude and unprofessional trying to make a new patient appointment.....the way she laugh and tone so unprofessional

Glasses Spot is great. The staff is really nice and helpful, and my visit today was a really good experience.

I have been going to this office for years and I am never unhappy when I leave, the last time I was there everyone was very helpful especially Christine the manager. She was short staffed the day I was there but still took her time to show me all the glasses that she had until I had found the pair that were perfect for me. My actual visit with the doctor was fast and thorough and I was able to be in and out within 45 mins!

It's my 2nd year coming to this optometrist. The doctors are very very nice but, I like the old receptionist way better. The new young ladies have a very displeasedful tone. No smiles and very up tight. A little pricey too. You have to pay for contact trials . Many other places you don't. If you ask question the receptionist snaps with an unprofessional tone.

I’ve been going here forever. I always feel cared for and am treated great. Christine and the rest of the staff are friendly. Dr. Bhasin is an amazing doctor.
