My doctor is very professional and knowledgeable. Manager is extremely professional , they know all their familiar patients, very welcoming, my entire family comes here. They never reject me after arriving after hours. Brenda always takes good care of me. This place feels like home.

I've been here twice for run of the mill illnesses. They took me back, did all the tests I needed, and got me a prescription in a very reasonable time compared to most other urgent cares I've been to. The staff and providers were very kind and listened to my concerns. I would recommend this business.

I had such a great experience here. The location is convenient for UMD students and I’ve referred a few of my friends here. Noubar is very welcoming and helpful, I can tell he keeps things running smoothly. Brenda was the MA that took me back. She was very professional and insightful. The whole visit was quick and easy thanks to the efficiency and friendliness of the staff.

I am leaving this 1/5 review based on my experience at the Urgent Care service at Express Healthcare, 4701 Melbourne Pl, College Park, MD 20740, on May 17, 2025. I was treated by a Medical Assistant (MA) C**** and a Physician Assistant (PA) L****** D****. I have redacted their names for this public comment but will be including them in a direct email to the clinic. I visited after sustaining bruises and a sprain from a bicycle fall. While the MA cleaned and dressed my wounds, I had serious concerns about the hygiene practices during treatment. 1. A piece of gauze was soaked in Betadine over the sink to clean my bruises. The MA wore gloves but repeatedly alternated between cleaning my wounds and rinsing Betadine off the sink using the same gloves, raising concerns about cross-contaminatio

My visit at Urgent Care today was so wonderful. My medical assistant Chela and Brenda greeted me kindness and respect. Both of them were very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable with the medical care I received. Dr. Lincoln is an amazing Doctor that took the time to explain everything to me. I would recommend him to any of my family and friends.
