Dr. Montgomery is amazing!! However, the building is very dirty, the nurses didn’t wear gloves when administering vaccines, and the communication is lacking. We showed up for our 6 month appointment to find the business closed for the day. We never received a call to reschedule. I wanted to like this office so bad because Dr. Montgomery really is amazing and so caring.

We switched to this office to stay with Dr. Montgomery (he joined the practice in 2024). We absolutely LOVE Dr. Montgomery! He is down to Earth, cares deeply for the kids and families, is excellent at explaining medical things and answering questions. He truly takes time with each patient! We never feel rushed and it is a joy to see him. The office has processed our referrals quickly, the receptionists are efficient at passing on messages to the doctor and returning calls, and are great at scheduling appointments that work with our schedule. We have always been able to get in on the same day when we need to. I see in other Google Reviews that there have been complaints about the physical building and the office staff. Horrible office. Dr. are okay but there is a horrible lady working in the office. All I needed was a copy of the physical for my kids. they both went the week before and she charged me! She also refused to fax it to their school. it is my child’s record! I was polite and let her know I wasn’t happy. she was rude. We had just been in the office 5 days before for their physicals. She said if i would have asked the day of it was free but because i waited i am being charged and i would have to come to their office. i needed them for their school and afterschool program. I told her the visit was hard enough without me having to remember to ask. i told her if they are free the day we go in only then i should be automatically given my copy of my kids’ records. We absolutely love Dr. Montgomery! He's been with my youngest (6mo) since day one and even my older one (3yo) likes him which is rare! He takes time for all the questions I have no matter how stupid I believe they might be, he manages to squeeze me in when one of the kids is sick and even calls after hours to adress concerns I have! Dr. Montgomery is the best pediatrician i have had so far (we move a lot unfortunately)! 10/10 recommend him! Doctor Kumar is nice but not my favorite. The receptionist are super friendly and fast except for the lady with the Indian accent. Only met her once on our first visit and she was super rude. All the others are super nice tho!

Receptionist who I believe is the doctors wife .....rude. Don't go here if your kid is allergic to vaccines and has had an exemption letter from previous doctor office "which is closed down" the whole reason I had to find a new doctor and I went to college peds..They never sent out my referrals...I waited months for something to be sent out..called up there twice after because they would never send it. They also are for the COVID vaccine which has been proven to be harmful. These doctors get paid a lot of money to push vaccines and they don't make much off of patients who don't get them. Told me they wouldn't push it on me and that it's fine. Well when I need a new letter written up they are refusing. This is a trash office just find a different place.
