Colleen Pembroke Electrolysis and Permanent Makeup

I saw Colleen in the spring of 2023, but withheld my review until now because I wasn’t sure at the time how to process what happened because I was fairly new to receiving electrolysis treatments. While Colleen was outwardly friendly and personable in person, after a botched treatment she was unsympathetic and unhelpful. I have received electrolysis treatments on my chin/jaw from one previous practitioner for only two treatments before she had a health crisis and stepped back from seeing clients…so I sought out Colleen, very early in my journey. Colleen only treated one concentrated area on my chin, very intensely. It caused the entire side of my face to swell, turn red, and dimple. The reaction lasted well over a week. Amazing, delightful, personable, caring, professional and a perfectionist. I can't say enough about Colleen Pembroke's services and who she is. I just finished my touch up eyeliner appointment. I'm confident after the initial work that I will be just as pleased after the normal swelling goes down. I just had her put in some brown on top of the beautiful black subtle lines from a month ago. I've had so many compliments and now 2 of my friends will soon have her do their eyeliner. Colleen is the best! Oh, someone mentioned her Christian music? I just asked her for my favorite, NPR, and she happily changed it.

Past experience with Coleen's work. Very professional & precise. I was pleased with the results of my lip outline and eyebrows. I am hoping to get an appointment with her for eyeliner and a touchup on lips and eyebrows.

Colleen is incredible. She did my eyeliner and it was a fantastic experience. She was thorough and careful. She explains what she's doing and makes the process as easy as possible.
