I didn’t have to wait very long to be called in for my appointment. Everyone was very friendly, when getting my x-rays, everything I had to do was explained to me. My doctor, Liz seemed very confident as to my treatment, but is seeking consultation with my dentist. I was very pleased with how everything went. I felt like I was in good hands.

I am looking forward to working with this team for our daughter’s upcoming ortho treatment. The first thing that struck me was how courteous, knowledgeable, and kind the staff members were. We had a little hiccup with records getting sent over from another office, which was not Cole Ortho’s fault at all, but they went out of their way to help me navigate and remedy the situation. I also appreciated the way they spoke directly to my 8 year old daughter, worked to put her at ease, and made sure her questions and concerns were answered. I am confident they will provide quality care moving forward!

Both of my kids had their first visit today. I am impressed with the amount of education and explanation that was provided with each individual treatment as both kids' care plans differ. Dr. Chris Cole was kind, thorough and personable. The assistant also did a fantastic job in her explanations. Highly recommend!

Staff is always amazing! Scheduled same day for a brace issue. Highly recommend this office.

Friendly but professional. Explained situations but do not push. It is up to the individual and they explained your responsibilities to for a good outcome. They are honest about costs, procedure and what to expect. Highly recommend.
