Colchester Urgent Care

I was having really bad complications with a nexplanon implant and came in a panic and he helped me take it out and gain some sanity back in my life! He was great. Listened to me and did his best to help me! Forever greatful and if I ever need I'll be going back here! Hopfully not for a while :) did an excellent job in taking out my implant and the stickes look good! Again the best and fastest in and out time compared to any other walk in places <3 love you guys so much

Honestly the worst place ever . I told my 5 and half year old there yesterday they told me she had a cold and today we’re in emergency room with rsv and she can barely breathe . I would not recommend this place for anyone . I have a child at home with a confirmation immune system if he gets RSVV because I took all three of my children there and they told me that all three of them just had a common cold didn’t even swab them for anything didn’t even check your ears, their throat anything . And now I have to go and bring her to the emergency room because she can’t breathe. If they did their job the first time I wouldn’t be here with her again an emergency room next time they should do more testing and check her better. Also, there’s no reason why there’s a dog in their hospital. Dogs don’t b

Made an appointment for 10:50 at this location. When I got there, the front desk told me that I was all checked in, although the doctor wouldn’t be arriving for the day until 11:30. Also, 4 people would be in front of me from other scheduled appointments. As someone sick seeking out urgent care, it was extremely unprofessional and frustrating that appointments could be booked despite having no doctor available. I was not notified ahead of time and could not wait over an hour to be seen when I had an appointment at 10:50! When sick people are leaving their house to see a doctor, they should not have to wait hours when they had a scheduled appointment. Will not return to this location.

They dismissed symptoms saying it was a common cold. Was told they'd send a z-pac to pharmacy but nothing was ordered after waiting at pharmacy. Also zpacs don't work for common colds, only viruses. Felt rushed and doctor didn't want to spend the time to accurately treat. Not happy with care and will not be back.

I have been bringing myself and three young boys here since they opened! It’s always such a wonderful experience. The Dr is thorough and really listens to all the issues without rushing you through all while being so timely with each patient and schedule. In fact it’s usually our first appointment I make before trying to get into the pediatrician. My kids like him and are comfortable and as a parent he always listens and if needed puts me at ease. Making it clear any other issues or concerns come right back. So grateful for such a wonderful Dr and practice in town.
