Just had a procedure today,Dr.Cola was very thorough in what she was going to do,and talk thru the procedure what she was doing. I would recommend her to everyone.

I have been going to Dr. Bittenbender for over 10 years and haven't had any problems with her. She has always been pleasant and treated me with respect . I am always seen on time too.

Dr. Bittenbender is not a nice person. I have been to see her twice with my teenage daughter and the 1st time thought maybe she was having a bad day. Today she was worse. She talked down to not only me and my daughter but also to the nurse. She practically yelled at us because we didn't understand the medicine names and usage. She didn't take the time to explain, just talked in a demeaning way as if we should know already. She criticized the nurse for not hearing her saying "twice a day" when the nurse was writing the script for Dr. Bittenbender - She actually told her that she "needs to listen". I am in a people oriented business (I own my own business) and I would never dream of speaking to people in that manner. It is not difficult to be nice!

Never in my life have I ever been treated the way I was by Dr. Bittenbender. Absolutely unprofessional and any questions I had seemed to be an absolute thorn in her back. When she came in the room she didn’t introduce herself and was absolutely rude and seemed to be bothered the whole time. When I asked what could be done about my skin, she SCOFFED at me. Never will I ever see her again.

Dr Cola is absolutely the best. My wife and I have been patients forever. I've had a lot of skin cancers that she took care of over the years. I always tell her she should teach dentists how to use novocain. Dr Cola and her staff are like family to us. I wouldn't consider going elsewhere.
